My tracking says delivered but I haven't received my package and I don't see it, what do I do?
Often times, USPS marks a package as delivered but ends up delivering next business day. We recommend waiting it out one business day to see if your package ends up arriving. If not, Madri Beauty is not responsible for lost/stolen packages and you will need to contact USPS.
I need to cancel, change, or modify my order!
There is a very small time frame where we are able to change or modify an order. Once orders are placed, we cannot cancel them. Please be 100% sure of your purchase before submitting order.
I typed in the wrong address, can you change it?
If your package has already been sent out, you will need to contact USPS to see if you are able to correct the address. Madri Beauty and USPS is not responsible for incorrect addresses inputted by the customers. If your package ends up getting sent back to us, you will need to cover the additional shipping fee for us to send it back out again.
Does Madri Beauty do wholesale?
No, we do not offer wholesale at the moment.
Do you guys offer an affiliate program?
Yes, we do. There are limited spots. Please go to our affiliate link. Spots are limited due to we are a small company.
